You're ready for your next chapter
Your business is steady, you're good at what you do, and you've been in this same place for a while now.
But, you also know there's more in you…
Maybe it's the course or the intensive model. Maybe it's the book you've been describing to friends for two years, or the corporate speaking work you know you'd be good at, or the move to private pay, or a revenue number you've never actually said out loud to another person.
You've probably known what it is for a while, and you may have even started it. But for some reason, you just can't quite get it off the ground.
Your potential and your creativity aren't the problem. What's been missing is structure, a plan, a room with similarly ambitious people working alongside each other, and someone who notices when you go quiet when old patterns start to seep in.
Building Beyond is a 12-month group business coaching program for therapists and wellness entrepreneurs who have a big goal and refuse to spend another year talking about it instead of living it.
Whether you want to make a pivot or burn it all to the ground to start anew, I'm here for it.
What is the Building Beyond program?
This is the place where you bring the meaningful thing you want to build, and you take it from idea to plan to action to finished, with four other people building alongside you and supporting you along the way.
Everyone's thing looks different. This past year one member worked on launching a book and corporate trainings, another rebuilt her entire fee structure, another branched out into groups and trainings. What they needed underneath it turned out to be remarkably similar: branding, marketing, money belief work, and someone who'd tell them the truth about what was really in the way.
This isn't just a fluffy hype group supported on vibes alone. It isn't a mastermind where you're expected to sprint while juggling a full caseload or feel like you have to compete. It also isn't a library you'll never actually use.
This is five people who actually get to know you and your business, on a monthly call with your own structured plan and the information and resources to back it up.
Your Custom Yearly Plan
Most people set a goal in January, write it somewhere hopeful, and then never look at it again. By March it's buried. By June they can't remember what they wrote, and by December they've quietly decided they're just bad at follow-through.
You're not bad at follow-through. You've been handed a goal with no bridge between it and Monday.
The Building Beyond method is the goal structuring and strategy plan I use on my own life every single year, and it's the reason people keep asking how I get so much done. It isn't discipline and it definitely isn't hustle. It's that I never work from the big goal. I work backward from it.
How it works
We start with the one big thing you want by the end of 2027, and then we take it apart. Quarters first, then months, then the specific actions that live inside a single week. By the time we're done, the enormous thing you were afraid to start has become a list of steps small enough that none of them scare you.
That's the whole trick, and it's why it works when other systems don't. You're never looking at the mountain. You're looking at the next step, which you can absolutely do.
Why this program works for perfectionism, avoidance, and neurodivergence
If you're neurodivergent, or a recovering perfectionist, or someone whose fear shows up as suddenly reorganizing your entire filing system instead of writing the sales page, you already know the problem isn't motivation. It's that everything feels equally urgent and equally possible, so you scatter.
A plan built this way gives you one thing at a time. When the fear kicks up and tries to send you in a million directions, there's a document telling you what this month is actually for. That steady focus is what carries you across the finish line, and the small steps compound into results that look, from the outside, like you did something enormous.
A Plan That Changes With You
Here's the part that makes the difference. Your plan comes to every cohort call. Each month you share where you are with it, and the room helps you see what's working, what's stalled, and what needs to shift.
Because things will shift. Something will take longer than you thought, or a better opportunity will show up in May, or life will do what life does. Adjusting isn't failing at the plan, it's using it. What you don't get to do is drift for six months without noticing, because four other people are looking at the same document you are.
You'll build yours before we even start
The plan is your pre-work, and you won't build it from a blank page. By the time you start writing, you'll already have done the groundwork on capacity, values, and what's actually been in your way. Then on December 18th we walk it together, and I'll tell you where your Q1 is secretly a Q3 and where your revenue goal has no pricing change behind it.
You walk into January with your year already built.
Why do you believe in the Building Beyond Method?
For the past several years I've been running a structured (but flexible) goal system in my own life that compounds small tasks until they become big moves. I've also harnessed the creative energy of being part of a driven, charged group of entrepreneurs, which buoys the spirit when the going gets tough and leads to an expansion of what feels possible. The life I've created is a product of that intentional focus and steady progression forward.
Here are some of the things I've accomplished using this method:
- More than doubled my income
- Built a full, intensive-only private pay practice with premium fees
- Had quotes featured in Time, Well + Good, VeryWell Mind, Men's Health, Newsweek, and Cosmopolitan UK
- Launched and filled over 5 consulting groups in the first year alone
- Designed a CE program from scratch and launched my first retreat, the Money Shift Therapist CE Retreat in Belize
See more +
- Obtained my EMDRIA Approved Consultant status
- Grew my solo practice into a group practice with a novel couples and family program for my area, then pivoted back to running lean when that served the business better
- Grew my EMDR TikTok past 10k and became part of the Creator Rewards Fund
- Launched a second company
- Built that second company into a real brand, with a website, a suite of offerings, digital products, and a community
- Kept my practice steady through a hard economy, which let me attend three international therapist retreats this year
And many, many more things that would be too tedious to list, and I think you get the point anyways ;)
It isn't stopping there either. 2027 is going to be one of my biggest years yet, and I plan to bring the whole squad with me.

After our work together, my vision became much clearer. I gained confidence in my direction, clarity around serving my niche, and concrete, actionable steps that made the transition into private practice feel aligned and manageable.
Jessica provides a consultation space that is well worth the investment. She is not only a skilled group facilitator but also offers valuable reflections around her own personal experiences as a therapist and practice owner. I have left every session feeling understood and connected to other therapists, with more clarity regarding my own business goals and values, and with clear direction on next steps I can take. The expertise, thoughtfulness, and transparency she brings to her groups are invaluable.
Jessica Good is a true hype woman in the best way, welcoming, encouraging, and full of practical wisdom. Her simple approach to goal setting helped me get clear and stay accountable.
The support you need to achieve your big goal for 2027
Six kinds of support, because you'll need more than one kind to get there.
Your Custom Yearly Plan
The heart of the whole thing. We take the one big goal you want by the end of 2027 and reverse engineer it into steps small enough to actually do, then revisit it every single month so it stays alive instead of dying in a drawer.

The room where the big moves happen. We keep your plan on track, and we get into what's underneath it too, like the money story behind the pricing decision or why the launch has been three weeks away since March.
Members-Only Office Hours
Drop in and drop out. Bring the pricing math, the website decision, or the wording for the email you've rewritten nine times. Stay eleven minutes or stay the whole hour and a half.
The Library
Seven pillars of content covering every part of your business, from money and branding through websites, marketing, and operations. Watch what you need when you need it, and skip what doesn't apply yet.
Community Connection
A members-only WhatsApp group where you share updates, cheer each other on, and connect between the calls.
Private sessions
Some months you need a whole hour that's only about your numbers, your pricing, and your next move, with nobody else's business in the room. Available as packages on a set rhythm through the year.
The Library
Sometimes you don't need the same things in the same month, so the library is organized by the parts of your business instead of as a course you move through in order. Each pillar opens with a short foundations video and fills out underneath, and you pull what you need when you need it.
Money
Your risk floor and the number underneath every other decision. Money scripts and what each one does to your pricing. Setting a full fee, raising rates on the clients who followed you, and the exact email that does it. Tiered pricing, and reduced-fee spots that actually end.See more +See less −

Plus the tools
The library builds through the year, releasing monthly and keyed to what the group is working on, rather than dropping all at once in December. And it's deliberately practical, because the mindset work belongs in a room with four other people, not in a video.
You don't wait until December to start
The day you sign, you get the Before You Build workbook. Five sections that have nothing to do with goal-setting and everything to do with whether your goals are aligned with what you actually want and need.
Work through it at your own pace before we meet on December 4th, and share only what you want to. What comes out of it will shape your plan, but the pages stay yours.
Then the rest arrives in late November: the structure video, the twelve-month planner, and the at-a-glance yearly outline that puts your whole year on one page.
By the time we meet on December 4th, you'll already know what you want, what you have room for, and what's been in the way. Most people walk in with a draft of their year already sketched. December 4th is where it gets sharper.

You meet the whole group, and then we walk through the planner as a room. What makes a goal specific enough to act on, how the quarters break down, why almost everyone over-stuffs Q1 and what to do instead. You leave knowing exactly how to sharpen yours, and who you're building the year with.
Finish and submit
December 5th to 11th+
One week, and you've already done the thinking, so this is refining rather than starting. Submit your plan by the 11th and I'll read every one and send it back with my notes on it directly, before we meet.
Friday, December 18th
11:00 CT / 12:00 ET / 9:00 PT · 90 minutes · everyone together+
Your plan comes back with my notes on it first. Then we meet, and each person says their year out loud to the room. That's the part that matters, because a goal you've announced to a room of people building alongside you behaves differently than one sitting in a document.
Then you rest

You head into the holidays with your year already built, already decided, and already witnessed.

One 90-minute cohort call and one members-only office hours every month, same times all year, through to the close in November.

Who is the Building Beyond Program built for?
This is for you if
You're a licensed therapist or a wellness entrepreneur, and you're building toward something big, like:
The range is wide on what you're building and narrow on motivation. What everyone here has in common is that they are done playing small and are committing to making a change in 2027. Your “big goal” doesn't have to look like someone else's, but your desire for movement should.
This isn't for you if
If you'd rather work with me directly without a group, strategy sessions are open to anyone.
This group is small on purpose. I'm not trying to fill a room. I'm building one, and the people in it are chosen because they belong.
Sound like you?
Apply nowWhat it costs
$3,600 for the year: your first $300 when you sign your contract, then $300 a month January through November.
Less per month than a single private consult.
Apply for the 2027 cohort Have a question first? Ask it here →Private sessions
For members who want one-on-one time on top of their cohort spot. Some months you'll want to go deeper than a group call allows, work through something specific to your business, or have more support in your corner. This is where that happens.
Typically consulting sessions are $400 an hour for anyone who wants one. Members who commit to a package pay less for two reasons: the commitment itself is worth something to my calendar, and I already know your business, so we skip the part where you catch me up. The whole hour is yours.
$350 each, roughly quarterly.
$300 each, every other month. This is what most people take, because every other month is a rhythm somebody actually keeps.
Session packages are available to purchase through December 31st, 2026. Once the program year starts, packages close.
The things people actually ask
Is this a 12-month commitment?+
Yes. It's a one-year contract for a closed cohort, and nobody joins partway through. Your spot is reserved for the full year whether you use every call or not, which is part of what keeps the room steady for everyone in it.
What if I've done programs before and didn't finish?+
Most programs hand you the material and then leave you alone with the implementation. This one is five people, a monthly call, and a group that notices when you go quiet, so the structure is doing the work rather than your discipline.
What if my goal isn't clear yet?+
Nobody's is in December. There's a whole workbook of work before you ever write a goal, and it exists precisely because clarity is something you arrive at rather than something you show up with.
What if I don't have the time?+
Ninety minutes on one Friday a month, and up to ninety more on one Tuesday you can skip. Everything else is yours to pace. If that genuinely isn't available this year, that's a real answer and worth taking seriously.
How much time does December take?+
December is the busiest month, because it's when your plan gets built: the Before You Build workbook, a 60-minute kickoff on December 4th, a week to finish your plan, and a 90-minute call on December 18th. The earlier you apply and get accepted, the earlier your workbook arrives, so you can spread the pre-work out and keep December light.
What if I'm at a different stage than everyone else?+
You'll be placed with four people at a similar point in their business, so nobody's translating and nobody's sitting through a conversation three years ahead of where they are.
Is this only for therapists in private practice?+
You're welcome here if you're building in the wellness or mental health space more broadly. The pillars are the same underneath, and the room tends to be better for having someone in it who's solving a slightly different problem.
What if I'm not comfortable talking about money out loud?+
Almost nobody is at first, and that discomfort isn't a disqualifier. It's most of the reason the program exists.
What if I miss a call?+
Every call is recorded and life happens. Watch it when you can, and bring whatever came up to the next one.
