Good

Who is Jessica Good?

I’m a lot of things. A woman. A multi-business owner. A mother. A neurospicy human. A first-generation high school graduate with a master’s degree. A strategist. A TikTok creator. A financial therapist. An EMDRIA Approved Consultant. And yes—so much more.

But titles don’t really tell you who someone is.

At my core, I’m curious, creative, and deeply interested in how people build lives and businesses that actually fit them. I pay attention—to patterns, to energy, to what’s being chosen intentionally and what’s happening by default. I’ve always been someone who thinks in possibilities, looks for leverage, and asks, What if there’s another way to do this?

Those natural tendencies shape everything I do now.

I care deeply about helping people build businesses—and lives—that feel good to live inside. Ones that reflect their values, personality, and capacity, not just what they’ve been told is “responsible,” “realistic,” or expected. I believe growth can be thoughtful, ethical, and sustainable without requiring burnout or self-betrayal.

The work I do—whether in consulting or therapeutic spaces—is about helping people reclaim agency and choice. It’s about experimenting with intention, making thoughtful decisions, and giving yourself permission to want more without needing to justify it.

You won’t find posturing here. You will find someone who understands both the responsibility of building something meaningful and the freedom that comes from designing it on purpose. I believe a well-built life has room for ambition, rest, meaning, creativity, and joy—all at the same time.

In a few words:

Plucky. Creative. Strategic. Direct. Warm.
A problem-solver. An idea generator. A hype woman when it counts—and direct honesty when it matters more. I mean… I am an Enneagram 7w8 so it tracks.

My background spans sales, marketing, clinical work, and entrepreneurship. I’ve built businesses from the ground up, designed nontraditional models that work in real life, and helped others rethink what’s possible when they stop defaulting to inherited systems and beliefs.

My Money Lens

Money has never been abstract to me.

I grew up inside both financial growth and financial loss, which taught me early that earning more doesn’t automatically create ease, safety, or clarity. How money is built, managed, and related to matters just as much as how much is made.

That personal understanding is paired with formal training. I’m a financial therapist, have completed the Trauma of Money Certification program, and am a member of the Financial Therapy Association. I’ve studied how money beliefs form, how they’re shaped by family systems and identity, and how they quietly influence decision-making—especially for people building businesses.

In my clinical work, I’ve supported people across a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds: those who’ve moved far beyond their family of origin financially, those navigating ongoing scarcity, and those born into generational wealth carrying legacy expectations, pressure, or guilt. Across all of it, one thing holds true—money is never just about numbers. It’s about meaning, permission, safety, and choice.

I bring this lens into my consulting work so business decisions don’t happen in a vacuum. We look at pricing, capacity, risk, and growth with both strategy and self-awareness—so money supports the life you’re building instead of quietly undermining it.

when your personality

is part of the design.”

How I Work

My process is a blend of strategy and creativity.

Thanks to neurotype (ADHD + Giftedness), I’m analytical, pattern-oriented, and clear-headed while also being imaginative, collaborative, and energized by building alongside people. I use structure and frameworks to create clarity, then help you apply them in ways that actually fit you.

I ask direct questions, name patterns quickly, and help you move out of overthinking and into intentional action. I bring enthusiasm, honesty, and a genuine love of creative collaboration. One of my favorite parts of this work is helping your personality and values show up clearly in your business.

My goal isn’t optimization for its own sake. It’s alignment. I help you build something that works strategically and feels like yours—so your business supports your life, rather than competing with it.
