Individual Consultation vs. Mentorship Program

Individual Consultation & Strategy Sessions

Purpose: Short-term, targeted guidance for specific questions or problems.

Includes:

  • 90-minute initial consult ($750)

  • 60-minute follow-up sessions ($400)

  • Deep problem solving & expert clarity on one issue at a time

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire & mini website audit for initial sessions

Best For:

  • Specific private practice questions

  • Pricing or business decisions

  • Mapping or troubleshooting one offer

  • Tight deadlines

Support Style: On-demand scheduling, no between-session access.

Commitment: None — book as needed.

Investment:

$750 for 90 min initial consultation

$400 for 60 min

Mentorship Program

Purpose: Long-term growth, accountability, and strategic partnership.

Includes:

  • One 75–90 minute mentorship call per month

  • 1–2 light weekly check-ins (text/voice memo)

  • Shared Google Doc for updates + one monthly review

  • Personalized goals + strategy plan

Best For:

  • Growing your business intentionally

  • Long term goals & projects

  • Brand + messaging clarity

Support Style: Consistent touchpoints with clear boundaries.

  • Once purchased, consultation appointments are non-refundable. Cancellations with advanced notice (more than 24 hours) will have 90 days from the date of their original appointment to reschedule their consultation appointment. If a session is not rescheduled within this timeframe, any credits associated with the session will be forfeited. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their consultation appointment fee as a cancellation fee.

    Yes, this is a firm cancellation policy and your therapy practice deserves the same respect too :)

  • No worries, you’ll have an action step list sent over from me that will have you focused on the things that actually need your focus. It cuts out all the other noise.

    Additionally, if you agree, we can have AI notes taken during the consultation so you can have a summary of things discussed. This is dependent on each consultee’s preference though.

  • Nope! We can clarify those together. If all you know is “I can’t keep doing it like this,” that’s enough to start.

  • Our focus in these sessions is the business side of your practice—offers, pricing, marketing, structure, expansion, etc. If clinical consultation is needed, you can book a clinical consultation session through my clinical website GoodEMDR.com

  • Some people get exactly what they need in a 90-minute deep dive session and then check back in every few months. Others like monthly or quarterly sessions while they’re building something bigger (like a second business, intensives track, or group program). We’ll decide what makes sense for you.

  • Technically, no. But, your consultation will suffer. The reason the first consultation is the price that it is, is because it goes deep so that we can hit the ground running. You do pre-consultation prep work and so do I. Without having a pre-consultation questionnaire, assessments, and my reviews and audits, we will spend the bulk of your consultation just getting that information. I want you to achieve value from the time we spend together, not getting half-baked advice that doesn’t truly help you.
