Licensed clinicians in any stage of practice who are ready to sit with their own relationship to money, and want CE hours while they do it. Non-licensed wellness practitioners are welcome to the experience, though they will not receive CE credit.

Up to 9 CE hours are earned across four teaching mornings. Approval is in progress, and this page will name the approvals the moment they are confirmed in writing. CE documentation is sent to you after the retreat.

Mornings are teaching and experiential work together. Afternoons are entirely open, for the reef, the jungle, the spa, or doing nothing at all. Evenings are shared meals and quiet.

Many clinicians can deduct a CE retreat as a professional development expense. Full receipts and CE documentation are provided. Check with your own tax advisor for your situation.

Most attendees come on their own, and the group is small by design, so connection happens fast. You may also bring a non-CE guest who shares your room. They join the meals, the setting, and the free time for a set add-on ($2,500 after founding pricing ends)

Yes, the resort can accommodate vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, and other dietary restrictions or allergies. Make sure to let us know in your registration form so that we can coordinate with the resort’s culinary team.

The property has stairs and uneven, sandy terrain throughout, and it is not wheelchair accessible. If mobility is a concern for you, reach out before you register and we'll talk through whether it will work for you.

Yes. Travel insurance is required for every attendee. It protects your trip cost in the rare event that something outside anyone's control disrupts the retreat, which is why it is a condition of registration rather than a suggestion.

To cancel, email written notice to her@therapyisabusiness.com. Your fee is determined by the date we receive your notice. All time periods are measured from the Retreat start date, February 21, 2027.
Within 7 days of registering (available only for registrations made more than 120 days before the Retreat): no fee beyond the non-refundable deposit.
More than 120 days before the Retreat: a cancellation fee of 25% of the Retreat Price.
61 to 120 days before the Retreat: a cancellation fee of 50% of the Retreat Price.
60 days or fewer before the Retreat, and no-shows: a cancellation fee of 100% of the Retreat Price.
All amounts you have paid, including the deposit, are credited toward your fee. If you have paid more than the fee, we refund the difference. If you have paid less, the remaining balance is due at the time of cancellation and may be charged to the card on file. You are responsible for carrying travel insurance to cover any loss these fees do not.
